Change of mind

We don’t offer refunds if you simply change your mind, so please choose with care.

Damaged or incorrect item?

Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order.
Just email info@dreaminstone.com.au with:

– A clear photo of the issue
– Your order number
– A quick note about what went wrong

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging.

Not accepted for refund or exchange 

– Sale items or gift cards
– Custom-made, personalised pieces or bespoke orders.

Once approved

Once approved, we’ll send item return details. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
